I'm the Co-Founder and CEO of Perceptic, the AI operating system for drug discovery and development. Before founding Perceptic, I spent nearly 20 years as an academic at Caltech, Cambridge, and ETH Zurich, publishing more than 25 scientific papers, including three in Nature. I later led AI-driven strategy and business development for Life Sciences at Palantir. Drawing on experience both inside and outside the lab, I co-founded Perceptic to build a unified intelligence layer for pharma, transforming fragmented workflows into systems where insight compounds instead of getting lost across handoffs.

Zaki Trache

I'm the Co-Founder and CPO of Perceptic, the AI operating system for drug discovery and development. Before founding Perceptic, I worked at Palantir at the intersection of AI and enterprise software, where I saw what it takes to turn ambitious technology into systems that hold up against the demands of large, complex organizations. That experience left me wanting to build something purpose-built for pharma, where fragmented workflows and long timelines make every decision higher-stakes than it looks.

Martin Copes

I spent 6+ years at Palantir leading teams building the data and infrastructure foundations behind complex enterprise AI systems, including the first public release of Palantir AIP. I worked directly with C-suite stakeholders as the platform moved from early deployments to launch, learning what it takes to turn ambitious technology into reliable systems people can use every day.

At Perceptic, I’m applying those lessons to drug discovery and development. I’m focused on helping scientific teams connect evidence, reasoning, and action across their most important workflows. I’m also an inventor on five patent publications spanning data pipelines, contextual systems, and workflow interfaces. What drives me is building technology that gives scientists more leverage in the decisions that matter most.
